Space * Clean and peaceful apartment building (pretty quiet place) * a cozy and well-equipped studio * It is a apartment villa building. * This studio has one bathroom, kitchen facilities and three bedrooms. 2. the surrounding environment * 10-mins walk to Mangwon Station (Line 6) * 12-mins walk to Hapjeong Station (Line 2, Line6) * 24/7 Convenience Store (GS25) within a 1-min walk * a large number of nearby restaurants * It's convenient in Hapjeong Mangwond street food, Mangridan-gil area, and stores * It is a 10-minute walk to the Road of Mangwon hangang river 3. Staying at home Hello everyone! I'm Qu-yeon. This is a nice apartment villa located right in Hapjeong-dong. As you can see in the picture, the room is very bright. It is close to the central area of Mangwon-dong, Hapjeong-dong and is suitable as a business or vacation space. 4. utility bills and administrative expenses are included in the price but if you overuse them we might charge you additional fee. Please let's be eco-friendly! 5. Price The website price is set for 30 days for 3-4 people. 6.
