🎈Location of the metropolitan and provincial stations 🎈It is a clean, quiet and cozy new officetel. 🎈You can use the fitness center and book cafe in the building. There are Starbucks and CU convenience stores on the first floor of the building. 🎈There is a large Daiso and CineQ movie theater in the next building (Hill State). 🎈There is Golden Mountain near , so you can walk and exercise. - Moving in will be conducted non-face-to-face. (3:00 p.m. / 11:00 a.m.) - You can use parking for 2 hours free of charge only on entrance/exit days. Other hours will be charged for parking in the building. - No indoor smoking - Unable to enter the pet ✅ As it is a short-term rental, we do not provide disposable products. However, we provide bedding. ✅ You have to bring all personal hygiene products. (Towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, soap, cell phone chargers, etc.) ✅ You have to wash and clean yourself while living.
