Our studio is an apartment that uses all the space in the picture. This space is not shared with anyone else. This private studio can be used for up to two people. We need to discuss in advance if we add more people. This is the first time we have started the interior design to receive guests. All the furniture and furniture will be ready as new. Staying at home Hello, everyone! I'm Suna. It's a nice apartment located right next to Hongik University. As you can see in the picture, the room is very bright. It is close to the center of Hongdae and is suitable for business or vacation space. It is quiet as a residential area. 4. utility bills All electricity, water, and gas charges are included in the maintenance fee. 5. Price The website will be priced on a 30-day basis for two people. 6. Provide additional items If you need anything else other than the items provided in the photo, we can discuss it and provide it to you. ※ Our accommodation is planning to write a contract in accordance with the Korean accommodation law and tax law at the time of check-in.

Go to My Account → Bookings → View Details → Extend agreement
Change your stay period
Need to move in earlier or leave sooner? Message your host first to agree on the new dates. Once confirmed, we’ll help update your contract. (A fee may apply depending on the policy.)
Cancel if needed
Go to My Account → Bookings → View Details → Agreement cancellation (Refund follows our cancellation policy)
