It is located on a 4-minute walk from Gildong Station and on the side of Gildong Intersection Boulevard, and there are no entertainment facilities around it, providing a safe and quiet residential environment even at night. There are various amenities for single residents around. Convenience stores, various hospitals, pharmacies, banks, hypermarkets, traditional markets, Daiso, Olive Young, fitness centers, bowling alleys, coffee shops, bakery cafes, salad cafes, sandwich stores, main lunch boxes, and Burger King are nearby. ~ [Nstay Gangdong 122] Most rooms have excellent open view, lighting, and ventilation through a wide window, and all rooms are spacious one-bedroom rooms with bathrooms and showers, with clean beds, individual air conditioners, drum washers (both dryers), two-door refrigerators, microwave ovens, desks, shelves, hangers, and ultra-fast WIFI.
