We are an upper-class Korean family that has been in the rental business for over 7 years, and the house you are looking at now is an apartment that we have owned and maintained for over 10 years. This house complies with safety and hygiene regulations as it has received permission from the Korean government as a foreigner rental business. We have stable experience hosting many international students. German students who came to Seoul National University of Science and Technology to study for a master's degree, an American professor's family who came to Korea National University of Arts as an exchange professor, and Filipino doctors who trained at Korea University Hospital all stayed here for 6 to 12 months with great satisfaction. You can focus only on your studies because it is equipped with everything you need for daily life, with little to no additional purchases. We provide free bedding and daily necessities such as toilet paper, detergent, soap, shampoo, etc. Our house is equipped with the necessary facilities such as a refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave, gas range, washing machine, air conditioner, etc. Therefore, you can start living in Korea right away even if you do not bring any luggage except for personal use. Since air conditioners and heating facilities are installed in the living room and each room, each person using each room can adjust the desired temperature. It has 3 rooms. The house is 85 square meters in size, which is much larger than most of the houses seen on this site (it is 2 to 2.5 times larger than the size of one-rooms, studios, etc. introduced on this site). Room 1 and Room 2 are of similar size, and Room 1 has its own shower room and toilet. Each room has one queen-size bed and a small table and chair. Room 3 is narrower than Room 1 and Room 2. In addition to the toilet and shower room connected to Room 1, there is one additional bathroom that can be shared. The number of people who will live in our house recommended are those who are studying abroad with their family or on a business trip. Alternatively, we recommend using one room for each person. Our apartments are residential facilities that are distinct from studios, officetels, studios, and villas introduced on this site. Our apartment is very clean, quiet, and safe because it is always guarded by security guards. Starting in July 2026, a subway station will be built right in front of the house. We plan to visit several times a week to maintain the home and replenish necessary supplies, providing light cleaning, etc. Since we live nearby, we may be able to help you if you are personally in trouble (such as needing to go to the hospital unexpectedly). We also have an Airbnb and have been a Superhost for many years, so communication with you will be no problem at all.
