Located 200m from the main gate of Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, it is 300m from the back gate of Kyung Hee University, so it has excellent accessibility and is within a 7-minute walk from Oedae Station on Line 1 and a 9-minute walk from Hoegi Station, making it a perfect residential environment for students and office workers. Stay 105 is a one-bedroom type with toilets and showers, and it is the best residential environment to feel comfortable and cool with a thick wall due to new fire fighting. Stay 105 is a facility with both studio and Gosiwon's characteristics, and all expenses, which are the advantages of Gosiwon, are included in the admission fee (monthly rent) while enjoying the comfort of the studio and independent life. In other words, Stay 105 has no administrative expenses other than admission fees, and there are no additional expenses while you are staying. (Utility fees such as electricity, water, gas, Internet usage, etc.) Stay 105 allows monthly parking and provides free two-hour parking, including facility visits and entry and exit. STAY105 will be my own healing space to end the hard day of modern people and find new vitality.
