It is a dedicated 25-pyeong officetel in the Dongtan Techno Valley complex. There is a washing machine, a dryer, a bed, and a TV, We are planning to add a refrigerator, sofa, and one more bed. I couldn't take any other pictures because the tenant is currently living there. Please let me know if you have any furniture, tools, and amenities you want. It's good for two to three people to live in for a short time. There's a gym community in the basement and it's very convenient to park. Dongtan Station's own car is 5 minutes away
