Location! Location! Location! 2min walking distance from Sinsa subway st/5min walking from Garosugil. Having been an Airbnb Superhost for the last 7 years. I know what's important to select a 2nd home when you live in a foreign city. Location, cleanliness, and safety are my top 3 priorities when I look for a house abroad. ★No sharing space. The entire studio is on your own. ★One Queen bed w/fully equipped kitchen, en-suite bathroom ★Free WIFI & cable TV ★In-house LG washing machine with drying rack ★AC(summer), Underfloor heating boiler(winter) avail. ★Digital doorlock lets you easily in and out, hassle-free! ★Perfect place for one person's long-term stay ★Kitchen Equipped with all the necessary items for cooking including - pots, pans, dishes, cooking utensils, cups, cutting boards, knives, wine opener, can opener - electric kettle - microwave - refrigerator - electric stove etc. ** No rice cooker is available. I recommend the instant rice which you can cook with a microwave ★Bathroom The bathroom might would be felt a little small for those who are taller than 185cm. *size of the bathroom W115 x H193 x D154 ★Others 1. Iron If you need an iron pls let me know in advance. Free of charge. 2. Parking *** At the moment, all the parking spaces are reserved. No parking is available in front of the building. There are lots of paid parking lots available nearby. 3. AC & Boiler We have an air conditioner for hot summer and a boiler to heat the entire floor of the house during
