[StayinHD] Private Studio #7 – Choose One Rental Type This unit can be rented in one of two ways, but only one option can be booked at a time: 🏠 [StayinHD] Private Studio #7 (Entire Flat) - You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself — no shared spaces. 🚪[StayinHD] Private Room #7A OR #7B (Shared Kitchen/Bath) - A private bedroom in a shared apartment with one other guest. Kitchen and bathroom are shared. We are working on the interior design, and all fabrics and furniture will be newly prepared. Space * a spacious and peaceful apartment building (a fairly safe place) * a cozy and well-equipped studio * It is an apartment with two rooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a balcony. 2. the surrounding environment * 7-minute walk to Hongdae Station (directly from Airport Line and Line 2) * Within 20 seconds of 24/7 convenience store walk * many restaurants nearby * Convenient for Hongdae street food, Hongdae busking space, and shops * Pubs and clubs (Made, Goblin, Pacific, Ocean, Sinkhole, etc.) within a 5-minute walk to the center of Hongdae 3. Staying at home Hello, everyone! I'm SUNA. It is a nice apartment with a nice location. As you can see in the picture, both rooms are large in size, so they are useful. It is close to the center of Hongdae and is suitable for business or vacation spots. The apartment is in a residential area, so it is quiet. Don't worry about the noise at all. 4. utility bills All electricity, water, and gas charges are included in the maintenance fee. 5. Price The website price is set on a 30-day basis for two people. Please discuss in advance if there are additional people. 6. Provide additional items If you need anything else other than the items provided in the photo, we can discuss it and provide it to you. ※ Our accommodation is planning to write a contract in accordance with the Korean accommodation law and tax law at the time of check-in.

You’ll receive a move-in guide email 7 days and 1 day before your move-in. (Make sure to check your spam folder!)
Extend your stay anytime
Go to My Account → Bookings → View Details → Extend agreement
Change your stay period
Need to move in earlier or leave sooner? Message your host first to agree on the new dates. Once confirmed, we’ll help update your contract. (A fee may apply depending on the policy.)
Cancel if needed
Go to My Account → Bookings → View Details → Agreement cancellation (Refund follows our cancellation policy)
