This is a separated 2-room stay located in a quiet residential area near Myongji University. The large and small rooms are separated, making it an ideal layout for 2 to 3 people. If 6 to 7 people are staying together, you can book this unit along with a separate 2-room accommodation on the 3rd floor of the same building. It is suitable for short-term stays, dormitory waiting lists, academic pursuits, or business purposes. The accommodation is a recently remodeled semi-basement space where we pay close attention to indoor humidity and air quality by providing dehumidifiers and air purifiers. The photos uploaded are of the actual accommodation. Kitchen Along with a dining/work table, an induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, and water purifier are provided. Basic cooking utensils such as pots, pans, cooking tools, tableware, cutlery, cutting boards, and knives are also available. Amenities High-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV are available, and you can watch content via your personal OTT account. Basic household items such as a vacuum cleaner, mop, recycling bins, hangers, hair dryer, and hair straightener are provided. The bathroom is equipped with a dedicated heater and bidet, allowing for convenient use even during the winter. For safety, please turn off the heater after use. The laundry room is located in a separate, dedicated outdoor space next to the entrance and is equipped with an LG Tromm washing machine/dryer, allowing for both washing and drying. **Surroundings and Transportation** Convenience facilities such as convenience stores, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants are within walking distance. As it is located in a residential area near Myongji University, it is relatively quiet. You can also enjoy light walks and relaxation along the nearby Hongjecheon walking path. It is convenient to travel to Sinchon, Hongdae, and DMC via bus, and it also connects to the Gwanghwamun area. **Usage Guide** This space is operated as a short-term rental rather than a lodging business; hotel-style daily cleaning or linen replacement services are not provided. Bedding is not provided by default.
