About the Room 🛏️ 🔹 Not a semi-basement or goshiwon or Share house! This is a private studio for single occupancy—typical of Seoul and ideal for solo living. The space features a clean and minimal interior. All furniture and appliances shown in the photos are included for the duration of your stay. **Please note that bedding is not provided. However, we can help you purchase basic bedding for approximately KRW 20,000. ## #2. Our Neighborhood ☀️ Mugu House is located in Seongsan-dong, a quiet residential neighborhood in Mapo-gu, just a short distance from Hongdae. Hongdae is approximately 1 km away — about a 15-minute walk or 5minutes by bus. The neighborhood itself is peaceful and residential, offering a safe and comfortable environment for everyday living. Around the house, you’ll find everything you need for daily life, including convenience stores, cafés, restaurants, clinics, and bus stops, all within easy reach. #3. Transportation 🚍 -15-minute walk to Hongik University / 5 minutes by bus -Easy access to anywhere in Seoul Hongik Univ. Station is a major transportation hub that connects easily to all parts of the city. You can also reach places like Jongno or Gangnam directly via nearby bus stops. No matter where you're headed, transportation won't be a problem. #4. Perfect for Students 📚 The Liv is an excellent choice for students studying in Korea. Major universities like Yonsei, Sogang, and Ewha Womans University are all just a short bus ride away. We’re proud to have hosted many foreign residents in Seoul over the years. We are not responsible for any problems related to visa status. • Respect for neighbors – Any disruptive, noisy, or inconsiderate behavior toward neighbors may result in forced move-out. • Refunds and cancellations – These follow the policy outlined on the Enko Stay policy page. • No pets allowed. • Light cooking only – Deep-frying, grilling, or cooking strong-smelling food is not allowed. • Utility usage – The rent includes gas, electricity, water, and internet. If your utility consumption is significantly higher than the average usage of other units (KRW 80,000 per month), additional utility fees may apply.
