[Lease Agreement for Temporary Use] This contract is a temporary sublease agreement for short-term business purposes, not for lodging. 1. Legal Short-Term Lease • A legitimate contract with business registration and landlord’s consent • Advance payment for temporary use • No lodging-related additional services provided  ㄴPersonal bedding, toiletries  ㄴCleaning services (self-managed) * Regarding Bedding and Personal Items. Since this is a business-use short-term lease, not an accommodation facility, bedding is not provided. If necessary, you may prepare your own items independently of the business owner. You may also rent or purchase from another vendor and have them delivered in advance before move-in. You may ask for simple recommendations regarding preparation or pricing, but the final choice is entirely yours, and it has no relation to the sublessor, who will not be involved further. * Parking Available (Paid) • Recommended: Gochon Public Parking Lot • Inquiry required in advance * Start of Use: 3:00 PM  End of Use: 11:00 AM  (Time adjustable upon agreement) * Formal Electronic Contract • Available upon separate email request (remote e-signature) * Special Terms 1. As this is a business-use facility, fixed-date registration and resident registration are not available. 2. Claims under domestic or international law are not applicable in cases such as contract extension. 3. The sublessee may not change the purpose of the property or sublet it further. 4. Damage or loss of facilities upon move-out will be charged according to the extent. 5. In case of conflict with platform rules, this contract takes precedence and will be discussed accordingly. 6.
