This is a legally licensed accommodation located in the heart of Gangbuk, Seoul, just a 3-minute walk from Mia-sageori Station (Line 4). You can use the entire unit. Custom-designed for exchange students from nearby universities such as Sungshin Women's University, Korea University, Duksung Women's University, and Kookmin University, this space features a 2-bedroom layout ideal for sharing with a friend. It is fully equipped with household appliances, including a dedicated clothes dryer and a food waste refrigerator, ensuring comfort even during long-term stays. Additionally, electric blankets are provided on all beds, allowing for a warm and comfortable rest even in winter. (Rental format) *Please consult us if you wish to enter into a shared house arrangement. 1. Strictly No Indoor Shoes: In accordance with Korean residential culture, please remove your shoes inside the premises. Entering the premises wearing shoes worn outside is strictly prohibited. (Please use the indoor slippers provided at the entrance.) 2. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building and inside the premises. A special cleaning fee will be charged for smoking. 3. Quiet Hours: Please refrain from making noise after 10 PM out of consideration for your neighbors. 4. Winter Caution: Washing machine use may be restricted during cold snaps to protect drainage pipes. (A coin laundry is available within a 2-minute walk.) The area surrounding the accommodation features a blend of modern shopping facilities and local culture. Lotte Department Store, Hyundai Department Store, and E-Mart are within walking distance, making it easy to purchase everything needed for a long-term stay. In particular, access to medical services is excellent, with major university hospitals, including Seoul National University Hospital (Hyehwa), conveniently located near public transportation.
