🏠 About the Space Enjoy a comfortable living in our Ewha Hall private studio apartment. There are 3 types of rooms available, Ewha Hall Premium, Ewha Hall Normal and Type B room. Fully equipped with essential household appliances, it’s perfect for both short-term and long-term stays. 🚉 Neighborhood & Accessibility 5-minute walk to Ewha Womans University Station (Line 2) 5-minute walk to bus stop 3-minute walk to Ewha Womans University 13-minute bus ride to Sogang University 15-minute bus ride to Yonsei University and Hongik University The residence is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, slightly set back from the main street, so you won’t be disturbed by traffic or street noise. Despite its peaceful location, the neighborhood offers diverse restaurants, cafes, convenience stores (CU, GS25), parks, and leisure facilities, all conveniently accessible within a short walk. 😊 Host Introduction Hello! We 42 Share whether we’re creating a new development, upgrading an acquired property, or managing dormitories, our goal is the same; deliver the best possible living experience for students – at every price point. And it’s not just about great living spaces and great amenities. It’s about giving students the resources and environment they need to succeed, both academically and personally. 💡 Utilities and Maintenance Monthly rent payments are due on the 1st of each month. Currently, rent is paid through April, and your next payment will be on May 1st. No additional maintenance fees or utility charges will occur after payment. Garbage bags for general and food waste can be purchased from nearby supermarkets and convenience stores. Recyclables should be sorted and placed in transparent bags. 🎁 Facilities Provided The room is equipped with an induction stove, refrigerator, and microwave. Normal room types do not have washing machines in the units, but free washing machines and dryers are available at the end of each hallway on every floor. Bedding is not provided if you do not take up the bedding rental options during check out.
