It is a quiet place.🤫 It is 11 pyeong (approx. 36 sq ft) and feels very spacious as there is no furniture. 🏃 8-minute walk to Seokchon Lake. 5-minute walk to Samjeon Station. 10-minute walk to Lotte World. 20-minute bus ride to COEX. 35-minute bus ride to Konkuk Univ. & Seongsu. 🎠 I manage this place with genuine affection, even living here myself. 🛏 2 Super Single beds. 3 floor mattresses. Move-in is conducted remotely. Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Once your contract is confirmed, I will send you a message with move-in and usage guidelines. Please reduce noise from 11 PM onwards for the sake of your neighbors. Smoking indoors, bringing pets, and wearing shoes are not allowed. Parking is not available from 10 AM to 9 PM. Additional guests are not allowed. A total of up to 5 people is permitted. If the number of residents exceeds 2, an additional 150,000 KRW per person per month applies. . Costs may be incurred for stains, loss, or damage following video comparison before move-in and after move-out.
