This is a one-person in-window studio stay on the third floor with an elevator located at the first main gate of University of Seoul. It is a clean space complete with a personal shower room, toilet, desk, chair, bed, number door and shoe rack, and includes daily meals (ramen and rice) and free Wi-Fi, self-washing, and drying. For those who are not familiar with Korean-style life, we provide detailed information on how to use a common kitchen (such as induction), the date of garbage discharge, and the necessity of changing shoes. We don't allow pets.No guests other than tenants are allowed to stay. You can't wear outside shoes indoors, but you have to wear indoor shoes. Smoking is absolutely prohibited, and please refrain from making noise at night (after 23:00).Please leave a cleaning review when you check-out and check-out. Right in front of the main gate of University of Seoul (first building)! It's a 10-minute walk to Cheongnyangni Station (subway line 1) and a 1-minute walk to campus. It is located within 2 minutes of 7-Eleven convenience store and restaurant street and 5 minutes of bus stop, so it is very convenient to commute to and from work and school.
