This is a three-room share house located in Seongsu-dong, Seoul. It can accommodate 3 total rooms and up to 6 people. The remodeling has recently been completed, and you can have a barbecue party on the rooftop in spring/fall, and the basement is used as a party room/studio and is available during times when there is no reservation. If you use each room individually, you can use the bathroom for tenants or use the bathroom on the third floor. Pets are prohibited from being allowed. Other than the tenants, guests are not allowed to use it. When using the rooftop/basement room, please give the manager a prior notice and make a reservation. The road to Ttukseom Hangang Park is within 1-200m of nearby (walk 1-2 minutes) and nearby Seoul Forest (walk 15 minutes). The public parking lot is within a minute of walking nearby. It takes 15 minutes on foot to the Seoul Forest/Seongsu Station subway station. The bus stops of 2413, 2224, 2014, airport buses, Seongdong13, village buses, and successful buses are located within 3-4 minutes of walking, so you can conveniently use the bus in the direction of Jamsil/Songpa and Wangsimni/Hanyangdae.
