[Safety & Building Management] Safety and cleanliness are taken seriously: - Digital door locks on the main entrance and each room (double security) - CCTV throughout common areas - Fire safety systems including sprinklers and extinguishers - Regular professional cleaning is shared and common areas to maintain a clean and pleasant living environment [Smoking Policy] Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building, including all rooms and common areas. [Behavior & Noise] To maintain a peaceful living environment, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited: - Excessive drinking - Loud noise, shouting, or disruptive behavior - Any actions that disturb other residents or violate community living rules Violations may result in immediate eviction or refusal of contract extension. [Electrical Appliances] The use of high-power electrical appliances requires prior approval. [Enforcement] If any of the above rules are violated, immediate eviction may be enforced, and requests for contract extension may be denied. [Access & Payment] If the accommodation fee is unpaid or if a guest becomes subject to immediate eviction, room access may be restricted and the digital door lock may be reset without prior notice.
