We are a women-only share house designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and cozy living environment. The house has 31 private rooms across the 2nd to 4th floors, with more than three shower booths on each floor. There are laundry and drying facilities, mini-kitchens on the 3rd and 4th floors, and a main kitchen with a spacious lounge on the 2nd floor. All rooms are fully private, while the bathrooms, showers, kitchens, and lounge areas are shared spaces. Our common areas are cleaned daily by our staff for 2–4 hours, ensuring that the environment always stays clean and pleasant. Even if the room you want is not available for your full stay, you may stay in another room first and move later. For the best chance of getting your preferred room, we recommend booking at least one month in advance. Please check availability with us directly. The house is located 3 minutes from Naebang Station Exit 1. Find the CU convenience store building, face away from the road, and enter the glass door on the far right. Go up the half-floor stairs and you’ll see a black entrance door. Touch the door lock with your palm, then enter the code when the screen appears. ⸻ ⚠ Important Notes This is a residential house. Our cleaners work every day, so please clean and organize things immediately after use. If rules are ignored, cleaners and other residents are inconvenienced. Please always tidy up after yourself. ⸻ 🛏 Room • Provided items: Hairdryer, hangers. • You may change your door lock code (instructions inside the lock cover). • Lost items in the room may result in a charge. • Leaving large items (over 10L), electronics, clothes, bags, etc. when moving out may result in a 20,000–100,000 KRW penalty. • If your A/C has a pump, never unplug the pump cable—it will cause water leakage. ⸻ 🗑 Trash Disposal • General trash → large bin on each floor. • Recycling → recycling bins on each floor. • Rinse items before recycling. • Food waste → food waste bin at each floor’s sink area. • Food waste that counts as general trash must be sealed in a plastic bag and thrown in the general bin. • Cardboard boxes → throw them only at the designated waste area next to the parking lot. ⸻ 👟 Shoe Storage • Store shoes at your room-numbered slot or on the entrance shoe shelf. • If someone else’s shoes are there, tell the manager. • Personal slippers → store in the black shoe cabinet (label with your name). • Do not leave slippers outside; they can be mixed with shared slippers. • Umbrellas are personal items—do not touch others’ umbrellas. ⸻ 🍽 Kitchen • Each floor has a small kitchenette. • Kitchen use allowed until 23:00. Finish cleaning and washing dishes before that time. • Clean food residue after washing. ⸻ 🍴 Dining Room • A shared dining lounge is available on the 2nd floor. ⸻ 🧺 Laundry • Washing machines: 2F and 4F. • Laundry detergent and fabric softener are provided (pink detergent + Pigeon softener). • Washing machine cannot be used after 24:00. Do not post personal messages there. • Electricity + gas bills → total divided by number of residents. If the shared utility cost exceeds 30,000 KRW, the extra amount will be charged individually. • Do not unplug the mini-fridge inside your room. Turning it off can cause malfunction → repair cost may be charged. ⸻ Thank you! 😊 House Facilities • All rooms are private with individual door locks for your safety. Each room also has its own refrigerator. • Toilets and shower rooms are separated. Shower booths: 2 booths on the 2nd floor, 3 on the 3rd floor, and 4 on the 4th floor. • If two people book together, one person will need to sleep on a floor mattress. • Washers and dryers: 1 washer on the 2nd floor, 2 washers/dryers on the 4th floor (available until 12:00 AM). • Each floor has a small kitchenette, and the main kitchen is on the 2nd floor. • Water dispensers: 2nd & 3rd floors • Microwaves: 2nd–4th floors • Rice cookers: 2nd & 4th floors • The lounge is free to use, but please keep noise down after 11 PM. • Please store your shoes in the shoe cabinet slot that matches your room number. Personal slippers should be placed inside the black slipper cabinet. Transportation & Neighborhood • The house is close to Naebang Station. If you’re using Line 2, it takes about 10 minutes on foot, but bus and subway transfers are very quick and convenient. • The famous Seorae Village is right nearby, with lots of great bakeries and restaurants. There are also well-known cafés like Taeyang Coffee and Manufact Coffee, perfect for coffee lovers. • An airport limousine bus stop is located within a 5-minute walk from the house, making it an excellent location for guests arriving from Incheon Airport. Important Notes • The Bangbae House is a women-only residence, and male entry is not permitted. • You may leave your luggage temporarily near the TV booth before check-in, but please understand that we do not provide secure storage service.
