Forest Yeoksam is located a five-minute walk from Exit 1 of Yeoksam Station. The sign reads "Coco Residence." Our rooftop accommodation offers a stress-relieving experience while enjoying the night views of Gangnam. The residence is primarily populated by young people in their 20s and 30s, making it a quiet and considerate place to stay. Regular monthly disinfection ensures a pleasant environment, and a separate laundry room on the rooftop is available for use late at night, ensuring peace of mind. Furthermore, a recycling bin is located on the rooftop, ensuring complete odor and insect protection. This is a truly affordable option for accommodations in Korea. There is a bus stop a minute's walk away, so you can go anywhere in the center of Seoul, such as Gangnam, Dongdaemun, Euljiro, and Sindang. It is a one-bedroom room with shower facilities and toilets in the room. There are beds, desks, chairs, refrigerators, rinsers, and microwave ovens 📚 There are many entrance examination students who go to Gangnam Station, Seonneung Station, and Daechi-dong academy districts. ✔️ It is operated on three floors and is divided into women-only, men-only, and men-only. 👩🏻💻 We are recording and monitoring CCTV 24 hours a day. 🔒 Front door and individual room electronic door lock are installed to control access to outsiders. 🧸 We have prepared an emotional rooftop exclusively for residents to rest for residents. 🗑️ For a comfortable interior, the internal space and the separate collection area are operated separately. 🚭 It is a non-smoking building, including indoors, rooms and rooftops.
