(Free admission!) Convenience: Daiso, Olive Young, Big Mart, and 24-hour convenience stores are all within a 5-minute distance. Absolute prohibition and action in case of violation • Prohibition: No indoor smoking (including e-cigarettes), companion animals, parties and gatherings • In case of violation: Immediate eviction without refund and charge 300,000 won for special cleaning 3. Etiquette and management • Manners: Minimize noise after 10 p.m. (Causes of eviction in case of civil complaints) • Compliance with personnel: No entry or visit by outsiders other than the reserved number of people • Energy saving: Lights and air conditioner off when going out, door lock required • Commercial shooting: No filming without prior consultation and approval 4. Other Information • Supplies: Bedding and personal hygiene products (toiletries) are not provided.
