We are close to **Subway Line 3**, which takes you directly to Seoul’s must-visit tourist spots such as Jongno 3-ga, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Insadong, Apgujeong, Garosu-gil, and Dongnimmun Gate. It also offers easy access to popular areas like Hongdae, Hapjeong, and Itaewon. 1. 🚗 **Parking** is available for 1 car. (Please let us know in advance). 2. 🚭 **ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING** Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building, **including the bathroom**. Please, never smoke inside. Violation will result in **immediate eviction without refund** and a fine of **100,000 KRW**. 3. 🤫 **Noise Control** KozyHome is located in a quiet residential area. Please keep noise to a minimum. Repeated noise complaints from neighbors may result in immediate eviction. (*In this case, no refund will be given.*) 4. 🗑️ **Waste Disposal** - **Food Waste:** Please put food waste in the designated bag. - *Disposal Spot:* The plastic box on the 1st floor (Please refer to the PDF guide). - **Recycling:** Please separate recyclables properly. If recycling is not done correctly, we have to redo it ourselves, so a **penalty fee** will be charged. 1. ⚡ **Energy Conservation (Important!)** - Please **turn off** lights and the air conditioner when you go out. - Set the boiler (heating) to **'Away' (외출/Oechul)** mode. - Utility bills are very high in Korea. If devices are left on, a deduction from the security deposit will be made. 2. 💔 **Damages** Please treat our items with care. If something breaks or an issue arises, **please tell us**. We once had a guest get hurt by broken glass we didn't know about. We ask this for your safety and preparation, not just to blame you. 3. 📸 **Check-out Procedure** Before checking out, please tidy up and **send us a photo** of the room.
