With European-style plaster finishes, the entire space exudes a warm and cozy atmosphere, making it the perfect home for playing and relaxing while living in Jeju. You can exclusively use the private yard surrounded by Jeju stone walls, allowing you to create special memories♥️ in Jeju with ocean and windmill views during the day, and outdoor barbecues and bonfires enjoyed in the quiet yard at night. Night views enjoyed from the rooftop and yard 🌙⭐️ 👍 🐶 Pet-friendly Since it is surrounded by stone walls, free play in the yard is possible. ⭐ Note Before Use This is a short-term rental property. Disposable toiletries are not provided. We will send them to you. 📌 Check-in / Check-out (Contactless) • Check-in: After 3:00 PM • Check-out: By 11:00 AM ※ Early check-in / Late check-out are available upon prior consultation depending on availability. 🗓️ Contract Period • Contracts are typically for one week, with a minimum booking of one week. ❣️ Usage Guide • The entire house is exclusively for one group. • The entire complex (Building 3) includes indoor and outdoor spaces as well as a private yard. • Both the yard and indoor areas are accessible even when accompanied by a pet dog. (We kindly ask for basic manners to be considerate of others.) ⚠️ Notes for Use Please observe the following for a pleasant and safe stay. - Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited indoors and in the yard. (Please use the parking area outside the house.) - Foods with strong odors, such as fish or meat, are prohibited indoors. - Please refrain from excessive noise outdoors, especially after 8 or 9 PM, out of consideration for your neighbors 🙏 - Please separate and dispose of all trash at the nearest Clean House. - The bedrooms in the Sarangchae do not have underfloor heating. Please use the provided heaters and electric blankets if necessary. ⛑️ Please turn on the heaters, electric blankets, and bathroom heaters only when in use. Please be sure to turn them off when going out or not in use. 🐶 Precautions for Bringing Pets - Limit: Maximum 3 pets (Large and extra-large dogs allowed) - Rental is difficult if pets are not well potty trained. - There is an additional cleaning fee for dogs. - Actual costs will be charged for marking, scratching, or damage to items on bedding, appliances/furniture, walls, etc., so please take good care of your pets. (Digging holes in the yard is prohibited ☺️) - You cannot leave your pet alone when going out. - Pet supplies are not provided. (An air tank is available.) - There is an additional cleaning fee for pet dogs. This accommodation is a remodeled traditional Jeju house located within a residential complex. With a walking path connecting the harbor and the seaside, it offers a great environment for experiencing life in Jeju, Korea, as well as for traveling.
