Make yourself at home during your stay! 🏠✨ 👍 House Rules & Resident Guidelines → Smoking and drinking alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the building, including private rooms, hallways, and the kitchen. → Unauthorized visitors are not allowed inside Uman Stay Suwon, and any behavior that causes excessive noise or disturbance is prohibited. → Pets of any kind, including cats, dogs, and all other animals, are not permitted anywhere inside the building. → Residents are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings, shoes, and valuables. Management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage. → The use or storage of heating devices, open-flame appliances, or any equipment that may pose a fire hazard is strictly prohibited. → Residents acknowledge that, in the event of a fire, an emergency staircase leading to the rooftop is available for evacuation and that emergency escape devices are installed on each floor. → Any furniture, appliances, or fixtures provided free of charge that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling must be compensated by the resident. → Upon check-out, the room must be cleaned and returned in the same condition as at move-in. Any cleaning costs, excessive contamination, or damage to furniture and equipment will be deducted from the security deposit. → Garbage, recyclables, and food waste must be disposed of in the designated areas. In particular, plastic containers from delivered food should be rinsed with water before being placed in the recycling bin. → To maintain a clean, safe, and quiet living environment, all residents are expected to comply with all house rules and regulations at all times. 👍Important Notice → Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional cleaning or repair charges, deductions from the security deposit, or termination of the rental agreement. → Electricity is not included in the maintenance fee, so it will be billed separately each month based on actual usage. Here are our role. 1. Smoking and drinking alcohol are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the building, including rooms, hallways, and the kitchen. 2. Unauthorized visitors and any disruptive or disorderly behavior within Uman Stay are strictly prohibited. 3. Entering another resident's room without permission or touching another person's belongings is strictly prohibited. (CCTV operates 24 hours a day.) 4. Pets and animals of any kind, including cats, dogs, and all other animals, are not allowed anywhere in the building. 5. Assignment, subletting, transferring, postponing, or refunding the contract after signing is not permitted. The minimum contract period is one month. 6. Residents must notify the manager at least two weeks before their intended move-out date. 7. If the accommodation fee (paid in advance) remains unpaid for more than three days, a late payment interest rate of 5% per year will apply. The manager may, without the resident's consent, open the room and show it to prospective tenants. The resident may be required to vacate immediately, and any belongings left behind may be disposed of at the manager's discretion. All civil and criminal liabilities, costs, and responsibilities arising from overdue payments shall be borne by the resident. 8. Accommodation fees are based on monthly contracts and may be increased if circumstances require adjustment. If the resident does not agree to the revised fee, they may vacate the premises at the end of the current monthly contract period. 9. Residents are responsible for safeguarding their own belongings, including shoes and personal items. Management assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage. 10. Bringing in or using any equipment that poses a fire hazard, including electric heating devices or other heat-generating appliances, is strictly prohibited. 11. I acknowledge that emergency stairs providing access to the rooftop are available in case of fire and that emergency escape devices are installed on each floor. 12. Any furniture, fixtures, or equipment provided free of charge that are damaged due to negligence must be compensated for by the resident. 13. Upon move-out, the room must be cleaned and restored to the same condition as at move-in. Any damage, contamination, or missing/damaged furnishings will be deducted from the security deposit. 14. The deposited security deposit shall be regarded as a contract deposit until move-in. In the event of a unilateral cancellation by the resident, the deposit will not be refunded. (This provision does not apply to residents who are not required to pay a security deposit (e.g., Enko)). 15. Trash, recyclables, and food waste must be disposed of in designated areas. In particular, plastic containers from delivered food must be rinsed with water before being placed in recycling bins. 16. The washing machine may only be used between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. 17. After cooking or preparing food in the common area (Room 101 on the first floor), residents must clean up and properly ventilate the area. 18. Residents agree to observe all rules necessary to maintain a clean, comfortable, and quiet living environment within the residence.
