Through this listing, we hope to offer a comfortable space with a super single bed for our guests, while also giving our children the opportunity to naturally meet and interact with people from different backgrounds. Our home is located in a large apartment complex, and we offer one private room for guests. All other areas—such as the living room, kitchen, and dining room—are shared with our family. During your stay, the main bathroom will be reserved exclusively for your use. You’ll enter the building using a shared security code, and the front door is equipped with a digital door lock for which a guest-only code will be provided. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, and guests are welcome to use the washing machine and dryer during their stay. The garden within the apartment complex is beautifully maintained year-round and is perfect for a relaxing walk in any season. You are also welcome to join our regular family meals at no additional cost if you’d like to share a meal and conversation. Our home is about a 15-minute walk from Sungkyunkwan University Station (Line 1 of the Seoul subway), and Hwaseo Station can be reached in about 15 minutes by bus. There is also an express bus service that connects to southern Seoul in just 30 minutes.
