The building is an older officetel, which means it is generally quiet and calm. As with many older buildings, sound insulation may be limited, so occasional noise from neighbors can be heard. For this reason, the space is best suited for guests who appreciate a peaceful, residential atmosphere and are considerate of shared living. The surrounding area is mainly an office district. Many shops close earlier in the evening, creating a relaxed and quiet nighttime environment. At the same time, there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby, and food delivery services are fast and widely available. In the basement of the building, you will find a gym and a self-service laundry, making daily routines easy and convenient. A large general hospital, Gangnam Severance Hospital, is located nearby, providing added peace of mind during your stay. For shopping, E-mart and Costco are both within easy reach. Public transportation is excellent, with many bus stops in the area, allowing convenient travel throughout Seoul and to other cities outside Seoul. The officetel is located about a 15-minute walk from Yangjae Citizen’s Forest Station. While the subway station is not very close, the area is very well served by many city buses and local shuttle buses, making transportation easy and flexible. Bus stops are conveniently located nearby, allowing smooth travel within Seoul as well as to areas outside the city. Many guests find buses to be a practical and efficient way to get around from this location. There are express (intercity) buses that go to Gachon University, Hanyang University, Dankook University, Kyung Hee University, Ajou University, Kangnam University, and Kyonggi University. You can live in Seoul and commute to Pangyo, and there are major companies nearby such as Samsung Electronics, LG, and Kia Motors.
