It is a cozy, independent semi-basement two-room located in a quiet residential area, a three-minute walk from Haebangchon Main Street, a hotspot. It's semi-basement, but the afternoon lighting is good, it's not humid, and it's well managed. Privacy is guaranteed, making it perfect for relaxing, studying, working from home, etc. It consists of two bedrooms (1 queen-sized bed, 1 super single bed, air conditioning in each room), and a living room and kitchen, perfect for one or two people to stay in. ✔ Moving in will be conducted non-face-to-face, and we will give you a detailed information message when we confirm the moving in contract. ✔ Indoor smoking is not allowed. (In case of violation, a special cleaning fee of 150,000 won will be charged separately) ✔ No pets allowed. ✔ It is impossible to cook greasy and smelly food. (Pork belly, grilled fish, etc.) ✔ Party is not allowed in residential areas, please be aware of the noise after 10 p.m. (Consideration for neighbors) ✔ Please take off your shoes and wear indoor slippers indoors. ✔ Please let me know immediately if the item is damaged. ✔ Occupancy is limited to the number of people who signed the contract.
