While enjoyable conversations are welcomed, please be mindful of noise, especially during late hours! 🧑‍🍳 Do not pour cooking oil residue down the sink! If you use the gas range, please do not use the stove at the top left closest to the gas valve. The gas range must be connected to both gas and electricity to function. 🗑️ Please dispose of combustible trash in green(20l) designated bags-it’s inside of yellow trash bin—, and food waste in green designated bags(small one). Recyclable items such as PET bottles, paper, and cans can be gathered together in white plastic bag on the sink, tied at the top, and disposed of. Trash disposal days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, between 8 p.m. and 12 a.m., at the ground floor parking lot of the building. Please place food waste bags in the trash bin with an orange lid. ⚡️When leaving, please make sure to turn off all lights, gas, heaters, and other power sources. 🫧 If you want hot water or heating, please turn on the boiler. 👣 Keep your shoes off inside please.
