[7mins to Kyunghee Univ.] Women-only Share House

This is Haeneul House, a Women-only share house located just a 7-minute walk from Kyung Hee University. We provide biweekly cleaning service for common areas, and the house is personally managed by a female manager, ensuring a clean and comfortable living environment. *The shared areas are cleaned by a professional cleaner once every two weeks. Please note that private rooms are not included in the cleaning service, so we kindly ask each resident to keep their own room clean and tidy throughout their stay. * Cleaning duty is assigned on a rotating basis every two weeks according to the move-in order. The assigned housemate is responsible for taking out bathroom trash, recycling, and food waste during their duty period. * Please refrain from making phone calls indoors after 10:00 PM. The use of speakerphone indoors is not allowed. * Please do not use the washing machine after 10:00 PM. * Visitors are only allowed with the agreement of all housemates through the group chat. Visits are permitted until 8:00 PM only, and overnight stays are strictly prohibited. (Only same-gender visitors are allowed. Opposite-gender visitors are strictly not permitted.) * If you consume or steal another resident’s belongings, you will be required to leave the house immediately, and legal action may be taken. *Located in a quiet residential neighborhood.
