Please smoke outside the building; a fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged for indoor smoking. - Cooking foods that produce strong smoke or odors, such as grilled meat or fish, is prohibited. The use of open flames other than the induction cooktop is prohibited. - As the area is on the slope, we recommend that guests with a lot of luggage take the local bus to Nakseongdae Station. - Please be aware that you may be charged the original cost for any stains, damage, or loss of bedding, wallpaper, furniture, or fixtures found upon checkout. Security is strictly maintained with double door locks on the entrance and guest rooms. We have minimized furniture to allow easy opening of suitcases and prepared a generous 80cm folding table for comfortable work and dining.
