The house is located slightly inside a residential area away from the main road, so it is very quiet. At the same time, it is only a short walk from the bus stop(less than 1 minute), making transportation very convenient - only 30 minutes to Hongdae station by bus. It's the second floor. Traditional market and regular markets are within 5 minutes walk. 10 mins walk to subway station (line 5 and line 2). It is a three room unit, you will be sharing with one Korean lady who can speak English fluently. 1. General Rules Hydro and Wi-Fi are included for reasonable usage only—avoid excessive downloading or high electricity use. If any kitchen or common-area items are broken or need replacement, purchase similar items and share the cost among occupants. Tenants may use kitchen utensils except for personal belongings. --- 2. Cleaning Common areas such as the bathroom, kitchen, and floors must be cleaned at least every two weeks or more often if needed. Tenants must dispose of waste according to the City's bylaws in separate bins (plastic, paper, bottles, recycling, garbage, and compost). The City may issue penalties for incorrect disposal. No smoking, no pets, no drugs, and no shoes inside the house. --- 3. Privacy Do not enter other occupants' rooms without permission. --- 4. Friends and Visitors Friends are not allowed to stay overnight. Rent covers only the tenant. Visitors are allowed only until 22:00. Always ask other occupants in advance if you plan to invite friends. Parties are not allowed. Quiet gatherings may be arranged with prior discussion. --- 5. Rent Wi-Fi, hydro, heating, laundry, and some furniture are included. --- 6. Toiletries and Other Items Prepare your own toilet paper, towel, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, food, and other personal items. --- 8. Landlord's Entry into the Rental Unit In case of an emergency (fire, flood, etc.), the landlord may enter the room without notice to protect health, safety, or prevent property damage. Entry for non-emergency purposes (e.g., showing the room to a new tenant) will be done with prior notice.
