Currently, rent is paid through April, and your next payment will be on May 1st. No additional maintenance fees or utility charges will occur after payment. Garbage bags for general and food waste can be purchased from nearby supermarkets and convenience stores. Recyclables should be sorted and placed in transparent bags. 🎁 Facilities Provided The room is equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. Normal room types do not have in-unit kitchen and washing machines, but there are washing machines and dryers available on the rooftop, free to use. There’s a full kitchen on the rooftop too, shared among tenants. Bedding is not provided if you do not take up the bedding rental options during check out.
