The room is located in a newly built, well-maintained building with excellent overall condition, both inside and out. With large double windows, the room offers great natural light, an open feel, and a lovely view. The unit is fully furnished, including a dryer and other essential appliances. Please note that since COVID-19, bedding and towels are not provided. We kindly ask for your understanding. -This is not a party accommodation. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to respect our neighbors. -Please refrain from cooking strong-smelling or greasy foods, such as meat or fish, in the kitchen. -Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. Smoking is allowed outside the building only. -Please do not use any fire-hazardous items, including candles, fireworks, or personal heating devices. -Pets are not allowed. -Parking is not available on the premises. Thank you for your understanding. -This is a newly built building and is very clean. -24-hour on-site security and CCTV monitoring inside and outside the building ensure excellent safety. -The building is equipped with an elevator for your convenience. -There are many convenience stores, cafés, and restaurants nearby. -The property is in a prime location within walking distance of Samseong Station (Line 2). -Hyundai Department Store, COEX, and Starfield are all within a 3-minute walk. -Samseong Jungang Station (Line 9) is also very close and within walking distance.
