※ The Saerom Living House Annex is located at 77 Galhyeon-ro, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul (2nd floor, Woori Building) and offers a clean and convenient living environment for interns, office workers, and students. 1. Transportation It offers convenient access to Eungam Station on Subway Line 6 and Digital Media City Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line. With various city bus routes nearby, it is easy to travel to areas such as Sinchon, Hongdae, Seoul Station, and Gwanghwamun. Parking is available within the building for those traveling by car. 2. Nearby Amenities Various amenities, including convenience stores, cafes, bakeries, and restaurants, are within walking distance. You can easily access facilities necessary for daily life, such as large supermarkets, banks, hospitals, and pharmacies. In particular, it is highly preferred by interns due to its proximity to Seoul Rehabilitation Hospital and Seoul Metropolitan Northwest Hospital. 3. Visitors other than tenants are prohibited from staying overnight. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited indoors. You must absolutely not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
