It is located in a quiet area, about a 6-minute walk from Sinsa Station and Nonhyeon Station. It takes approximately 20 minutes on foot to reach the Han River, and the location also offers convenient access to Garosu-gil and Gangnam Station. This place is well suited for long-term foreign residents. One drawback is that the building is a 5-story walk-up with no elevator. 1) One day before check-in, we will provide you with the front door passcode and the Wi-Fi password. 2) Please be mindful to keep noise to a minimum so as not to cause disturbance to the residents on the lower floor. 3) Waste separation and recycling are required.
