It is located in a quiet residential area, so guests can enjoy a calm and comfortable atmosphere while still having easy access to major areas such as Gangnam, Samseong, COEX, Apgujeong, and the Han River. The room is simple, clean, and practical for daily living. It includes a bed, desk, chair, refrigerator, individual air conditioner, Wi-Fi, and storage space. This room also has a private bathroom, which makes it suitable for guests who value personal space and privacy. Basic utilities such as electricity, water, and gas are included, and there is no separate maintenance fee. The stay is suitable for foreign guests, students, workers, interns, medical visitors, and short or mid-term residents who need a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Seoul. This is a 4-story building without an elevator, and the stay is located on the 3rd floor. If you have large suitcases or heavy luggage, please note that you will need to use the stairs. Parking is not available in the building. If you plan to come by car, please check nearby paid parking lots or public parking areas. Convenience stores, cafés, restaurants, Starbucks, and hospitals are located nearby, making daily life convenient.
