There are no fixtures or facilities such as bedding, utensils, toiletries, internet, Wi-Fi, etc., and the bathroom is an instantaneous water heater due to centralized electricity supply heating at night. -Moving in will be conducted non-face-to-face. There are 3 bus stops nearby, and it takes at least 8 minutes by car and at least 17 minutes by bus to Busan Station. Convenience stores, marts, gyms, parks, cafes, and observatories are adjacent to each other, and it is located next to the Sanbok Road, so you can see the Bukhang Bridge and Busan-like scenery.  There is a central park within walking distance, so you can take a walk, and there is an elevator on Yeongju Oreum-gil nearby, so it takes about 15 minutes on foot to Busan Station.
