Prohibitions: ① Smoking within any part of the Premises, including, but not limited to, private rooms, rooftops, and hallways (Strictly Prohibited). ② The use of fire-hazardous heating appliances (e.g., electric blankets) or flammable equipment (e.g., space heaters) indoors. ③ Excessive consumption of alcohol or the generation of excessive noise (including, but not limited to, loud telephone calls or conversations, loud music, or the playing of musical instruments). ④ Keeping, breeding, or bringing any pets or animals into the Premises. ⑤ Committing serious offenses that compromise the communal living environment, including, but not limited to, theft, assault, sexual misconduct, or stalking. ⑥ Intentionally damaging, defacing, or destroying any private rooms or common areas. ⑦ Installing hidden cameras or any unauthorized surveillance equipment. ⑧ Failing to remit the monthly rent and maintenance fee in full within a three (3) day grace period following a formal notice of arrears. ⑨ Accumulating three (3) or more formal warnings from the Operator regarding the violation of House Rules. ⑩ Any other conduct that, at the Operator's reasonable discretion, manifestly and materially disrupts the maintenance of the communal living environment.
