We will dispose of it after check-out. • Long-term stays (3 nights or more): Please separate and dispose of recyclables at the outdoor recycling area on the 2nd floor of the building. • Please separate general waste, recyclables, and food waste before disposal. ✅ Washing Machine Usage A washing machine is available in the guest room. Please feel free to use it. ✅ Use of Common Areas • Common areas are shared spaces used by multiple guests. • Please tidy up after use. • Please be careful not to mishandle or damage facilities and equipment. • Repair costs may be charged for any damage. ⚠️ Noise Policy • Stay On You is a shared accommodation space for multiple guests, and the surrounding area is a residential neighborhood. • Please be mindful of noise late at night and early in the morning for the sake of neighboring homes and other guests. • You may be asked to leave if complaints arise due to excessive noise. ⚠️ Smoking Policy • Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. • A special cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected. ✅ Other Facilities Guide 2nd Floor Shared Kitchen / Shared Laundry Room Please use the shared spaces on the 2nd floor if there is anything missing from your room or if you need additional items. • Shared Kitchen - Cooking facilities, water purifier, and coffee machine available • Shared Laundry Room - Available for additional laundry • Please refer to the Stay On You Check-in Guide page for Wi-Fi and parking information.
