[What’s Included] Utilities: High-speed Wi-Fi Personal furniture: Desk, Desk lamp, Chair, Closet, Drawer, Mini fridge, Bed, Air conditioner Each room has its own heating and temperature control. Shared equipment: Washing machine, Dryer, Refrigerator, Microwave, Vacuum cleaner, and Teapot. * There’s no additional charge for using the washer or dryer. * Shared Bathroom We have two separate shared spaces — one toilet room and one bathroom. Since they’re shared by only two people, it’s usually very comfortable and easy to use. [What we offer] * Clean bedding and hygiene are our top priority. * A cozy base to settle in while you find your long-term home, with the support of a friendly host. [Who’s in the house] Currently, host family lives here, Our family consists of me (mid-40s), my husband (an architect), our 18-year-old daughter (a little introverted but very sweet!), and our two dogs — one is super smart, and the other... not so much! 🐶 We live on the 3rd and 4th floors, and your room is on the 2nd floor. [House Rules] • Outside visitors are not allowed, so we can maintain a calm and secure living environment. • We value mutual respect and consideration, creating a shared space that feels easy, safe, and supportive for all. • Excessive noise or heavy drinking is not suitable for this home.
