* 5-minute walk from Soongsil University * 5 minutes by bus to Chung-Ang University * 13 minutes by bus to Seoul National University * A secure women-only share house personally managed by a female manager, providing a safe and comfortable living environment. * The shared areas are cleaned by a professional cleaner once every two weeks. Please note that private rooms are not included in the cleaning service, so we kindly ask each resident to keep their own room clean and tidy throughout their stay. * Cleaning duty is assigned on a rotating basis every two weeks according to the move-in order. The assigned housemate is responsible for taking out bathroom trash, recycling, and food waste during their duty period. * Please refrain from making phone calls indoors after 10:00 PM. The use of speakerphone indoors is not allowed. * Please do not use the washing machine after 10:00 PM. * Visitors are only allowed with the agreement of all housemates through the group chat. Visits are permitted until 8:00 PM only, and overnight stays are strictly prohibited. (Only same-gender visitors are allowed.
