We are located in a prime area just a 1-minute walk from Gangnam Station, right in the heart of the city. It is very convenient to travel by public transportation to Incheon Airport, Express Bus Terminal, COEX, and Lotte Tower. For your comfort and hygiene, bedding is professionally cleaned and replaced, and the room is maintained by a professional cleaning service. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us anytime — we’ll be happy to help! This is not a party room. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to respect our neighbors. Please avoid cooking foods with strong smells or heavy grease, such as meat or fish. No smoking inside the building. Smoking is allowed outside only. For safety reasons, please do not use fire-related items such as candles, fireworks, or personal heating/fire equipment. Pets are not allowed. Parking is not available at the property. Thank you for your understanding. The building is very safe, with a 24-hour security guard in the lobby and CCTV surveillance covering both the interior and exterior areas. There are three elevators in the building, making access quick and very convenient. The neighborhood is lively and well-equipped, with many cafés, restaurants, and hospitals located just around the building. Only 10 seconds on foot from Gangnam Station (Line 2 & Shinbundang Line) A bus stop is located right in front of the building
