Shared facilities include a kitchen area, microwave, water purifier, and washing machine. Light cooking and laundry are available for all residents. Please note that rooms are compact in size, which is standard for single urban housing in Seoul. The space is ideal for short stays (1 week or longer) or budget-friendly long-term stays. Only registered residents may stay in the room. -Quiet hours must be observed, especially after 10:00 PM. -Please clean and organize shared spaces after use. -Trash must be separated according to Korean recycling regulations. -Smoking is not permitted inside the building. -Violation of house rules may result in termination of the stay.
