The property is always kept clean and tidy, and the heating is excellent, ensuring a warm and comfortable stay even in winter. We plan to install two wall-mounted air conditioners in the spring. Well-equipped with essential appliances, the property allows both short-term guests and international guests to stay comfortably without any inconvenience. As a space that satisfies relaxation, practicality, and aesthetic sensibility, it is the perfect place for those seeking a relaxing break. ✔ Lemon Tree Stay is equipped with CCTV cameras near the entrance to ensure guest safety, security, and check the number of guests. The CCTV is used solely for safety and property management purposes. ✔ Residents live in the adjacent unit. Please refrain from making loud noises after 9 PM and practice courteous behavior. ✔ Pets are not allowed. ✔ Unauthorized entry without a prior reservation is grounds for forced eviction, and no refunds will be provided. ✔ Cooking foods that produce smoke or strong odors is prohibited inside the accommodation. (Strictly no grilling of pork belly or meat) ✔ Please do not eat on the bed. (Laundry fees will be charged if stains occur) ✔ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. (Including cigarettes and e-cigarettes) ✔ A special cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged for smoking. ✔ Please wash used dishes and utensils thoroughly. ✔ Please separate trash into the recycling bins provided inside the accommodation. ✔ Please place food waste in the white food waste bin and close the lid tightly.
