-It's a cozy space decorated simply and neatly in mint and white tones of a new commercial house -There is a lake park, an elementary school, and a traditional market 3 minutes away. -There is a bus stop next to the building and a big road bus stop 3 minutes away. -There are Homeplus, Department Store, Express Bus Terminal, and Taehwagang Station, which are 10 minutes away. -There is a 10-minute-distance city hall and Lotte Mart. -There are two parking spaces in the building, but please note that they are small. - Moving in will be conducted non-face-to-face. -If the contract is confirmed, we will inform you separately about moving in and using it. -The number of people moving in is two, and additional surcharges will be added. -If you can't check in with a companion animal, you'll be charged -You have to do the garbage and recycling by the guest. -Both inside and outside the building are CCTV-operated and non-smoking buildings. -If a civil complaint occurs due to late noise, it will be forcibly discharged without a refund. -Washing costs and damages are required in case of dyeing, contamination of bedding, and curtains ☆We welcome those who will use it as clean as they have been carefully decorated.
