Room 305 and 405 are rooms that can be contracted for at least six months. JJ VILLEY is a full-option shared house located in Sinchon. It is only a three-minute walk from Sinchon Station (subway line 2) and the airport limousine bus stop. It takes 9 minutes on foot to Yonsei University and 12 minutes on foot to Sogang University. 10 minutes by subway or bus to Hongik University (1 stop via subway) There are many restaurants and stores near JJ VILLEY, including Hyundai Department Store, Daiso, and E-Mart. Compared to other stays, the number of rooms is half. Therefore, it has a relaxed space and a quiet and stable environment. In the shared kitchen space, ramen, water purifier, washing machine, and dryer are provided free of charge. The maintenance fee for all rooms is 200,000 won per month. You have to pay directly after checking in. When you check-out, you have to pay 50,000 won for cleaning once you check-in. You have to pay the deposit when you check-in for 300,000 won. The deposit will be fully refunded when there is no damage to the room facilities when you check-out. (If you damage the facilities, wallpaper, mattresses, furniture, etc., the deposit will be reduced.)
