If you arbitrarily set the contract period and proceed with a reservation that does not meet the minimum contract period requirement, it will be difficult to give final approval. If you want a short-term contract of more than one week, please contact us. It is currently set to allow contracts for more than 170 days, so after consultation, we will reconfigure it so that short-term contracts are possible. Please refer to the room information for available reservation dates. JJ VILLEY is a fully furnished share house located in Sinchon. It is only a 3-minute walk from Sinchon Station (Subway Line 2) and the airport limousine bus stop. It takes 9 minutes on foot to Yonsei University, and 12 minutes on foot to Sogang University. 10 minutes by subway or bus to Hongik University (1 stop by subway) Near JJ VILLEY, there are various stores such as a modern department store, Daiso, and E-Mart. Compared with other accommodations, the number of rooms is half. Therefore, it has a comfortable space and a quiet, stable environment. The shared kitchen space is provided free of charge with ramen, a water dispenser, a washing machine, and a dryer. The maintenance fee for all rooms is 200,000 won per month. You must make the payment in person after check-in. You must pay 50,000 won for cleaning after check-in. (This is the check-out cleaning fee) You must pay a deposit of 300,000 won at check-in. If there is no damage to the room facilities at checkout, the deposit will be fully refunded. (The deposit will be reduced if any facilities, wallpaper, mattress, furniture, etc. are damaged.)
