Check-in time is 4 p.m., • Check-out time is 11 a.m. • Management of air-conditioning equipment: Please turn off the air-conditioning equipment when you go out, and adjust the boiler to help save energy and safety. • Security CCTV: CCTV facing the gate is installed outside the Stay building for the safety of guests and the prevention of theft. • Pets are not allowed, and smoking in the building (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited. • Cooking Restrictions: Smoky or smelly dishes, such as meat or fish dishes, are prohibited. • Parking: One parking in the building is possible. For additional vehicles, please use the Shinwol Sunrise Public Parking Lot, 1 minute away from the building (50 won per 5 minutes), • Facilities and Equipment Management: Our accommodation records photos before and after cleaning before welcoming guests every day for clean management and security. Damaged or lost fixtures may be charged for compensation. • Pest management: Regular quarantine was conducted and fortune lights were installed in the garden, but due to the nature of the building with the rooftop garden, external pests may enter, so please close the insect screens and understand this. • Please fold the parasol in the rooftop garden after using it. If the wind blows, the parasol may fly away, so please cooperate to prevent unexpected accidents. In the case of typhoons, strong rainy seasons, and heavy snow, we will ask the guests for their understanding in advance and inspect the rooftop facilities. • Slippers in the rooftop garden are reserved exclusively for the garden, so please cooperate so that they can be used cleanly. • You can never enter additional accommodation other than the number of reservation applicants. • Our accommodation is located on the fourth floor (401) without elevators, and you can use 35 pyeong of indoor space and 50 pyeong of rooftop garden alone. • From the rooftop, you can enjoy the belly button of an airplane as if it were your own in the sky.
