We truly prepare everything with utmost care. ■ [ Philosophy of the Accommodation ] Our family calls Houston, USA, our hometown, and we still live there with our children while traveling back and forth between Korea and the US. No matter how far apart we may be, the preciousness of family time remains the same everywhere. That is why we prepared this space, HoustonFamily, in Songpa, Seoul. Our philosophy is that, even if not related by blood, everyone who stays here can feel comfortable and spend warm, family-like moments together.💙 1) Remove shoes upon entry For a cozy and warm space, please remove your shoes before entering. Inside, please enjoy the comfort with the slippers we have prepared. 2) Refrain from cooking strong-smelling foods Please avoid foods with strong odors such as meat, fish, or heavily spiced dishes. 3) Keep noise down after 10 PM For the neighbors, please reduce noise after 10 PM. 4) Parking information One free parking space is available in the piloti parking lot on the 1st floor of the building. However, due to space limitations, double or triple parking may be required, so we ask for your understanding. If you double park, please make sure you are always available to move your car immediately when needed. 😊 5. No smoking indoors You cannot smoke inside, but laughter is always welcome! The accommodation is a non-smoking area, so please let only fresh air fill the space. The unit is located on the 6th floor of the building, and there is no elevator. Just to let you know in advance, you may need to walk up the stairs. There is a washing machine available for your exclusive use, and it is placed outside the unit. Inside the room, you will find one bedroom with two single beds, a private bathroom, and a kitchen. ■ [ Transportation ] 8-minute walk from Jamsilsaenae Station (Line 2) 8-minute walk from Sports Complex Station (Line 2) 5-minute walk from Samjeon Station (Line 9) 7-minute walk from Jamsilsaenae bus stop (Airport Bus No. 6006) 10-minute drive to Jamsil Sports Complex, Lotte World, Seokchon Lake, COEX 20-minute drive to Asan Hospital and Samsung Hospital 1 free parking spot available (double parking may be required, so public transportation is recommended) ■ [ Neighborhood ] Within 1-minute walk: CU convenience store Within 5-minute walk: neighborhood park, Saemaeul traditional market Within 10-minute drive: Jamsil Sports Complex Lotte World, Lotte Tower, Seokchon Lake Songridan-gil, Banga Market The accommodation is close to Jamsil Baseball Stadium, concert venues, and the Han River walking trails, and you can easily travel to major tourist spots such as Gangnam and Hongdae by subway. Nearby traditional markets and local food alleys also allow you to enjoy a variety of authentic local delicacies.
