There is a bus stop two minutes away, so you can conveniently use public transportation anywhere. There is a daycare center nearby, so it is good for security, and there is a convenience store next to the house. There are two marts nearby, a well-established trail around Hongjecheon (river), and a small park within a two-minute walk. It's a one-bedroom, but it's a two-story structure, with a living room, kitchen, and bathroom on the first floor and a bedroom on the second floor. It's a good house for one person, and the mattress is available in a single size (100cm*200cm). It has an open view from the window, so you can enjoy the four seasons of Korea without feeling stuffy at home. It is also an excellent house for ventilation. For first-time convenience, we offer simple household items.
