Welcome to our cozy home in Dongdaemun! Hello! We are a warm and relaxed shared home, and I’m your Korean host. I work as a designer and can communicate in Korean, English, Japanese, and French. I’ve been hosting for many years. One of my housemates is currently an exchange student at Yonsei University. The house is on the first floor of a detached home, with a living room, bathroom, laundry room, and storage space. You will have your own private room, and depending on the situation, the kitchen and bathroom are shared. ▶️ Room A, Room B, and the host live together. The house is about a 5-minute walk from Dongdaemun Station and Dongmyo Station, and the neighborhood is quiet. Myeong-dong (3 subway stops), Dongdaemun DDP (15-minute walk) 📌 After using the bathroom, please open all bathroom doors for the next person. ✨ Please lightly sweep away water and hair around the sink with the broom. (The drain may get clogged.) ‼️🥹 ▶︎ Outside visitors are not allowed whenever possible. There is an additional charge of 100,000 KRW for extra guests. ▶︎ Eating or applying makeup on the bed is not allowed. ▶︎ Please empty food waste and dispose of it in the separate recycling bins at the entrance (cans, plastic, paper, vinyl, etc.). ▶︎ Please be mindful of noise after 11:00 p.m. 🤐🙅‍♀️ Please keep your voice down even when talking with friends. Refrain from making phone calls or using speakers. If unavoidable, please keep the volume as low as possible. ▶︎ Drinking water and toothpaste are not provided, so please prepare your own. ▶︎ The shared kitchen is available for use, and please wash your dishes after use. (Please use your personal table for meals.) It is an older detached house on the first floor, offering quick and easy access and good soundproofing. The neighborhood is quiet, and there is a local market right in front of the house. Dongdaemun Station (Lines 1 & 4) is about a 2-minute walk away, and Dongmyo Station (Line 4) is about 5 minutes away. *Room B is connected to a storage room. Although it has a window that allows air circulation, it does not receive natural sunlight.
